I have followed the medical reports regarding the safety and effectiveness of this diet. It has shown over the years to help with diabetes and heart disease and much more. For years, we have been brain washed to reduce fat and eat more carbs (sugar) and obesity, especially in children, has sky rocketed over the years. Clearly, something isn’t working. Good fats….again…GOOD fats are imperative for good health. Yes, reducing the bad, trans fats is a healthy thing to do but you need to eat good fats every single day. These would include avocados, fish and fish oils, olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil etc. It can be quite challenging to get these fats in your diet every day so supplementing with omega 3 capsules or liquid is important.

EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING is a sugar with the exception of meat and fat. So, vegetables, fruits and starches ALL BREAK DOWN INTO SUGAR!
